Intentional MVMT Hike Recap – March
A few raindrops couldn’t keep these Charlotte community members from participating in the March Intentional MVMT hike at Reedy Creek Park. Nearly 15 individuals from different backgrounds logged off and disconnected from the busyness of life to connect with each other outside in nature.
The Intentional MVMT leaders discussed some of the challenges facing our immigrant community and shared stories about individuals that have impacted their lives in a positive way. In these stories and in each other, they found a tribe to belong to.
During the hike, a great article from Harvard Business Review around creating movements in our community was mentioned – feel free to give it a read: Changing Company Culture Requires a Movement, Not a Mandate.
Do you want to feel refreshed, connected and inspired? Join us next time. Our next FREE monthly hike and community conversation is Thursday, April 18—once again at Reedy Creek Park—from 3:30 - 5:00PM. Click here to register. Feel free to bring a friend or colleague.
Check out the photos from the hike.
