The Intentional Movement for Social Capital

Mammoth, CA - October 2018

In October 2018, Intentional MVMT, the Wells Fargo Foundation, Foundation For The Carolinas and the Center for Intentional Leadership partnered to create the first Intentional Movement Expedition. This inaugural trip took place in the Mammoth Lakes area and Inyo National Forest in California.

11 Charlotte leaders traveled to California with the Intentional MVMT team and world-renowned mountain guide Christian Santelices to camp, hike and use the time together to initiate a community-wide movement around sharing opportunity, relationships and networks across Charlotte’s business, social service and civic practices.

A documentary was produced by Fisher Creative and Loyd Visuals that will be released in the Fall of 2019. Watch the trailer above.
